Privacy Policy

This website is operated by 9/11 Claim Check. It is a paid attorney advertisement. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by any government agency or program.

Information we collect

When you complete the eligibility check we collect the answers you select, and — only if you reach the final step — your name, email address, phone number, state, and whether you are checking for yourself or a family member. We also record standard technical information such as your browser type, referring page, and marketing campaign parameters.

If you are screened out before the final step, no contact information is collected at all.

How we use it

Your information is used to review your potential eligibility and to have a case reviewer or partner law firm contact you about a possible 9/11 claim. We share submissions with partner law firms and the intake providers that support them. We do not sell your information for unrelated marketing.

Communications and consent

By submitting the form you consent to be contacted by phone, text message, and email, including by automated dialing technology. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.

Revoking consent and opting out

You may revoke consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, ask the caller to place you on the internal do-not-call list, or use the unsubscribe link in any email. You may also request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting us through the email address provided in your intake confirmation.

Retention and security

Submissions are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and support a potential claim and to meet legal recordkeeping obligations, then deleted. Data is stored with access controls that limit visibility to authorized personnel.

Certification technology

We use independent third-party certification technology to document that the consent you gave was given knowingly. This records your interaction with the form.

Children

This site is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
